Refunds & Cancellation


Refund Policy:

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for refund within 7 days. All items must be unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition. Most refunds will require the product be sent back to our facility if it has been shipped, but if not possible to ship the item back to our facility you might be eligible for a 50% refund.

We will issue refunds on items damaged in transit, and ONLY if we are unable to replace that item. We will require a photo of the damaged item. We will not issue refunds for items confiscated by your local Customs.

It is the BUYERS responsibility to check with their local Customs office to make sure they are buying a product that does not violate local laws. If Customs should confiscate or return a package to us, the BUYER is responsible for all shipping charges to and from us. Meow Woof Pets is not responsible for confiscated goods or undelivered goods.

If you need to return an item due to damage by the shipper, please email us at meowwoofhelp@gmail.com including a photo of your damaged item, and we will replace it no additional cost to you.
